High quality dust extracted brightly coloured wheat straw is chopped into lengths thereby creating a soft absorbent and very clean bedding.
Unlike conventional straw,
once the straw has been chopped it becomes very absorbent, and
therefore produces a warmer and softer option to other bedding
materials.
If there is a concern with
the horse eating the straw, a eucalyptus mist may be applied
which may assist with breathing problems and at the same time
retain a pleasant smell whilst cleaning out.
Due to considerable volume
that is packaged within the conveniently sized bales this
offers a great alternative to other market rivals as costs can
be kept to a minimum whilst at the same time using a very high
quality clean bedding.
With the difficulty of
removal of muck heaps, there is no competitor to straw as this
can be spread on the land and also be used as a garden mulch.
